On March 26, the 2 million-ton machine-made aggregate project of Yongdeng Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd., which was contracted by Wuhan Building Materials Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "WBMDI"), held a grand opening ceremony, marking the successful start of the Yongdeng Qilianshan Aggregate Project. More than 60 people including representatives of the People's Government of Yongdeng County, Gansu Installation and Construction Group Company, Jianxiang Construction Engineering Supervision Company of Gansu Province, Yongdeng Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. and WBMDI attended the project commencement ceremony.
The Yongdeng company's annual output of 2 million tons of machine-made aggregate is a smart, green and environmental protection machine-made aggregate production line in Yongdeng Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. invested by Qilianshan Cement Group, a subsidiary of China National Building Materials Group Co., Ltd.. WBMDI as a Grade A design institute integrating the design and development of new building materials, equipment manufacturing and complete sets, and general contracting, is always in the leading position in the field of aggregates, and can optimize the process for different raw materials from the perspective of customers and equipment selection, using intelligent, green and environmentally friendly design concepts to provide customers with a full range of services to achieve the project's economic, efficient, environmentally friendly and energy saving goals.
According to the local ore situation, WBMDI of this project adopted the production process of single-stage hammer breaking + shaping + sand making + two-stage screening, and set up one-card automatic loading. After the project is completed, the indicators will reach the industry first-class level, and the products will reach the national standard level one. The power consumption of aggregates will be less than 1.2kwh/t, the power consumption of machine-made sand will be less than 3.3kwh/t, and the dust emission concentration will be less than 10mg/Nm³, the factory boundary noise will be less than 60DB (A) during the day and less than 50DB (A) at night, and the safety standardization will meet the national first-level safety standards.
